    Common Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

Do I need a referral to be seen at Portland Wellness Collective?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with any of our practitioners through their individual booking pages. Each practitioner manages their own scheduling.
    Do you accept insurance?
Insurance acceptance varies by practitioner and service. Auto-injury (PIP) care through our chiropractic and massage providers is typically covered. We recommend contacting individual practitioners directly to confirm your coverage before booking.
Can I see more than one practitioner in the collective?
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of our patients work with multiple providers. Our practitioners communicate with each other to coordinate your care, so you get the benefit of true multi-disciplinary support.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first visit will typically include a thorough intake conversation so your practitioner can understand your history, goals, and concerns. Come ready to talk — the more context you can share, the better your care will be.
Where are you located and is there parking?
We're at 407 NW 17th Ave, Suite 5, Portland, OR 97209 — in the Alphabet District of NW Portland. Street parking is available on NW 17th Ave and nearby blocks. We're also accessible by TriMet.
